- Open text field 1: Fine diamond & pearl earrings Art Deco in gold & platinum, Germany around 1930
Diamonds and pearls were probably the most sought-after combination of precious materials that inspired numerous artists.
These antique, very long earrings date from the Art Deco era.
The magnificent interplay of precious platinum and fine diamonds gives these earrings a pendulous drop shape.
This timeless and dynamic swinging shape has been very popular since the beginning of the 20th century.
The pearl earrings are crafted in 14 carat yellow gold. The front is platinum-plated with the finest craftsmanship and set with diamonds in a bar shape down to the pearl drop.
These beautiful pearl earrings come from the court jeweler "Carl Büsch" from Hanover.
The Art Deco earrings are wonderfully preserved, even with the original casket, and each shines through a stylized pearl drop,
surrounded by small diamonds and diamond chips.
