We will process your order immediately, pack it properly and send it to your address via DHL.
We offer free shipping within Germany!

Customs duties and fees (Switzerland, Norway, USA & Canada, outside the EU)

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees, customs clearance service fees and import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please contact your local customs office regarding these fees. These fees are to be borne by you.

Worldwide shipping

In addition to the EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, USA and Canada, we also deliver our goods to other countries. We would be happy to check the shipping conditions to a country that is not on our list of delivery countries. Simply send us an e-mail to: info@antiquina.de

Important note

Despite all care, damage may occur during transport. Please note the following procedure:

Transport damage must be reported to the supplier (postman) immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please then inform us by email of any transport damage detected at info@antiquina.de.

If you wish to return goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail to info@antiquina.de or by telephone on +49 941 51074.

Returns in the event of complaints must always be sent "carriage paid". Parcels sent "carriage forward" will not be accepted. In the case of justified complaints, the postage costs will be refunded.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods

PayPal

At the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be dispatched. It usually only takes a few minutes for us to receive a PayPal payment.

As an alternative to the "PayPal" payment method in the order process, you can also pay quickly and directly via "PayPal Express". This payment option is already available to you on the item page or directly in the shopping basket. Clicking on the "Direct to PayPal" button will take you directly to your PayPal account without any detours:  All necessary information will be transferred directly via PayPal. You will then be taken directly to the checkout page, where you also have the option of changing your delivery address. The order will only be sent to us after you click on "Buy now".

Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express) via PayPal Plus

You can pay the invoice amount conveniently by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express). Your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form using SSL technology. This high security standard means that your purchase by credit card in our shop is secure.

Prepayment bank transfer

Payment by bank transfer: After your order you will receive an email with our bank details. Simply transfer the invoice amount to the specified account. Your goods will be dispatched to you immediately after receipt of payment.
