Product information "ITALIAN CHIC"

A classic lady in side profilehas been painstakingly crafted from an oval shell.

The antique ring is 14 carat yellow gold and  dates from the second half of the 19th century.

Theoval setting flatters the cameo and allows the classic lady's bust to appear in all its glory.

The setting is surrounded by a gold cord band. The ring shoulders are worked as stylized round buds.

The antique ring is beautifully preserved and radiates timeless elegance.

A wonderful piece of jewelry from around 1880/90.

The shell comes from the Mediterranean, probably Italy, and was set in Germany.

Provenance: Italy / Germany around 1880/90

Material:    585 yellow gold, 14 carat yellow gold, shell
