Onyx is a stone of great importance. Its name originally comes from Greece and it is a volcanic rock,
that forms from magma. The onyx stone has a healing effect that has been attributed to it since ancient times.
Diamonds also played an important role in ancient times.
Diamonds stand for purity, unity, perfection, eternal love and give strength.
In the magnificent interplay of precious gold and black onyx, the antique ring is an elegant ring and
dates from the Art Deco period around 1920. The ring head is set with an elegant rectangular onyx surrounded by a pearl bar,
the ring shoulders are beautifully designed with floral motifs. It is also set with a diamond in the center.
Thanks to its timeless design, this stylish ring can be perfectly combined with other pieces of jewelry.
This austere Art Déco ring is of the highest quality and dates from around 1920/30.
It is hallmarked 585, 14 carat yellow gold and is beautifully preserved.
