crafted in 14 carat yellow gold, ring head top platinum-plated,  

Ring head  set with a shimmering Akoya pearl and a sparkling diamond,

Ring head designed in a sweeping manner with diamond setting on the ring shoulders,

very good condition with minor signs of wear due to age
