This exceptionally elegant and rare early Art Deco ring from the period around 1910-1915 is a
finely crafted piece of jewelry of particular design harmony and filigree sophistication.
Crafted from 14-karat yellow gold, it shows the transitional form typical of early Art Déco between
Art Nouveau and the clearer geometry of the 1920s.
The front is finished with platinum to emphasize the radiance of the diamonds.
At the center of the design is a delicately constructed Ring basketset with three sparkling diamonds,
arranged linearly and set in fine mill handle settings.
Thanks to this setting technique, the diamonds appear particularly brilliant and shine in the light with
extraordinary vibrancy in the light. The lateral lines of the ring shoulders open elegantly outwards
outwards and forms a stylized buda motif that hints at the floral influence of Art Nouveau.
These decorative elements are also adorned with small diamonds, which accentuate the entire piece of jewelry
accentuate the entire piece of jewellery with an additional fine play of light.
The golden hoop is delicately shaped and gives the ring an exceptionally feminine effect,
while the elaborate platinum structure creates a sophisticated two-tone effect, which is typical of high-quality
Jewelry of this era.
The charming Art Deco ring is in a very good state of preservation with minor signs of wear due to its age.
A precious piece of jewelry for collectors and lovers of historic diamond rings -
full of character, elegance and timeless beauty.
